    Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie et ajouter doucement la crème fraîche
  8. Une fois le gateau cuit et bien refroidi, le couper en 3 parties
  9. Recouvrir les 2 premières tranches avec le chocolat remettre le dessus puis napper entièrement le gâteau
  10. Coller les fingers tout autour du gâteau en laissant une ouverture pour les mms
  11. Mettre le pic à brochettes dans la paille, et l'insérer au milieu du gâteau, ajuster la longueur si besoin.Coller les mms avec du chocolat sur la paille, finir avec le paquet vide sur la partie coudée de la paille. Mettre les mms restant en cascade sur le gâteau
